Odoo for the factory, Tally kept in sync

The problem

Production was planned on WhatsApp, stock counted on paper, and Tally updated two days late. Nobody knew the real finished-goods stock, and the CA would not give up Tally.

What we built

Odoo Manufacturing with work centers and MRP, barcode receipts and transfers, and subcontracting for coating. A Tally connector posts sales, purchase and GST vouchers every night, and a WhatsApp alert flags any voucher that fails.

Shopify in front, ERPNext behind, nothing typed twice

The problem

Shopify orders were copied into a spreadsheet, then into billing software. Razorpay payouts were matched by hand every Friday. Stock on the site lagged by a day, so customers kept buying sizes that had already sold out.

What we built

Shopify stays the storefront. ERPNext runs stock, purchase and GST invoicing, synced with Shopify every few minutes. Razorpay settlements reconcile against invoices automatically, and Shiprocket labels and AWB numbers are created from ERPNext and pushed back to Shopify and the customer.

A PHP dealer portal, rebuilt and wired to Odoo

The problem

Dealers ordered by phone and WhatsApp because the 2014 PHP portal showed last night's stock. Sales staff retyped every order into Odoo, and credit limits were checked after the truck had left.

What we built

The portal rebuilt in Laravel with a React order screen, so their in-house PHP developer can maintain it. A REST connector reads stock, prices and credit limits from Odoo in real time and writes confirmed orders back as sales orders.
