ERP customization

Custom web apps in Django and PHP

Dealer portals, quote builders and internal tools in Django, Laravel or Next.js, wired to your ERP from day one.

When no ready-made product fits, we build one. Django when the app sits next to Odoo or ERPNext, since all three speak Python. Laravel when your team or your old system is PHP. Shopify and WooCommerce stores

Shopify, WooCommerce or Odoo stores where stock, prices and GST invoices come straight from the back office.

Pick the store for the job: Shopify for D2C brands that want to launch fast, WooCommerce if you already run WordPress, Odoo eCommerce when you sell B2B and live in Odoo anyway. We set up the theme, checkout, Razorpay and courier rates, then connect orders, stock and returns to your ERP so nobody retypes an order.

Integrations

Your store, ERP, Tally, payment gateway, courier and WhatsApp passing data to each other, instead of through someone's keyboard.

Automation and AI

Approvals, reminders, reports and data entry that run on their own, plus AI that drafts and a person who confirms.

Migration and upgrades

Move from Tally, Busy, spreadsheets or an old PHP app, or upgrade an older Odoo, with every ledger reconciled before go-live.

We script the import, run it three times on a staging copy, and reconcile trial balance, stock valuation and open invoices to the rupee before anyone logs in. Odoo upgrades follow the same rule: every custom module ported and tested first, dry runs on a copy, and the real cutover on a weekend.

Support and training

A ticket inbox, a named engineer and response times in writing, for every system we built or connected.

One support desk covers the ERP, the store and the connectors between them, so nobody says it is the other vendor's problem. Pick a monthly hour bank or pay per ticket. Training is role-wise and recorded: sales learns quotes, stores learns receipts and counts, accounts learns GST returns and bank reconciliation.
